protect myself from virus/malware/trojan/worm?

If i am a internet user i will protect myself with the virus like malware , Trojan , Worm and many more virus are there i just protect myself with all these things .

Windows is the worst operating system over the Internet. Antivirus software is a waste of time and does not mention that slow down your computer so that it is much worse than the virus has been blocked ...

Trojan, worm and many other viruses there, I just protect myself from all these things.
