Spiced barbecued lamb

Ingredients (serves 8)
2.2kg leg of lamb, bone removed, meat butterflied
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons bush blend spice mix

Method
1. Lay lamb flat in a large ceramic dish. Drizzle over half the oil. Rub in half the spice mix with your fingertips. Turn meat and repeat with remaining oil and spice mix. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat a barbecue grill on high heat. Cook lamb, fat side down first, for 3 minutes each side. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 15 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil. Stand for 15 minutes. Thinly slice and serve.

No, I have never tasted this yes. As I have not read such recipes before it. I have seen it here for the first time. Well you have not put any picks or any screen shot of it so that we can get the idea for it that how it looks. Now I am in the planning to make it.

The sound like spring check out. I have never tasted it. I will try it. But Now I am follow the diet plan. So that I will not enjoy it. I hope that You will come with vegetarian recipe as well.

I will probably try this sooner rather than later. I will check the deli when I get to work tonight and if they have it, will get the ingredients when I clock out in the morning. I think I will spread mine on toasted french bread slices. I will try the dip cool/room temp first, then I might re-heat the remainder for a hot dip.

Nope. I have also never tried for Spiced barbecued lamb but after reading your recipes i think it's very nice recipes and we can have good taste from this. I will try for this soon and post my reviews here soon.
