Tips for Meditation
Meditation is a simple process Of watching your own mind.
Do daily in the morning :-
1) Forget your body and feel yourself as soul
2) Chat with yourself like who are you, what are you doing, what you want to be?
3) Then make a conversation with God (Almighty authority) and you will get the power.
You will feel relax

It is very difficult to do at first, too distracted mind and distance running, chasing every thought that enters it. As you practice more it becomes easier to control your thoughts and focus on what you want, the blockade affects every day.
Meditation should be done on a daily basis and where possible should be done in the morning and evening, or before and after work, whichever is easier .When you find yourself with a little time, even for a few minutes during the day, to sit and meditate. Do not talk calmly and concentration was thinking of talking about the rest
