This is referring to the trinity. There is the verse that says that if you have seen jesus you have seen the father but this doesn't sound like it is literal. Doesn't scripture support the notion that the son is like the father and isn't literally his own father? The nicene creed says the son is one substance with the father so what is this substance and how could it be seen as the above verse refers?
