Today i went to Compass Point Best shop looks for a micro HiFi. The salesman quite friendly and introduced a brand and model for me. Previously i told him i wanna buy the Yamaha, $710 but he recommended a JVC SP-NXF7 micro HiFi, $799. He tested the two model for me, $599 is exactly same functions with JVC SP-NXF7, the only different is the wood cont($799) and plastic cont ($599). After i head the sound effect, the $799 is the best than $599 one.
My sister and I made a decision to buy $799 one. Then the salesman said wanna check the stock. Wait for couple minutes later, he came out with two boxes (main device one box, woofer and wood cont speaker one box). He opened it for us to check whether all things are included in the box. My sister requested him to test it but he told us 100% in good condition and no need to worry about it. Since he said so, we trust him.
He is very good and help us to carry to Taxi stand there and he said “See You again” with my sister.
We open the box and setup the all the wires. My sister is going to borrow a cd from landloard to put in the device while i’m connecting it. Walau ler, I saw a cd wrote “兄妹” (Sibling) on the cd room when i ejecting cd room. Beside the cover of main device have a bit ‘hua’.. really make people freak out with this kind of thing.
I straight call the salesman and he return the call after talk with his supervisor. They promised one to one exchange for me but asked me to wait for one week. What the hell! i wanna bring back to Malaysia for my dad’s present on this friday night. I said told him i dun care what he get the new stock, i need it by this friday”.. he said check for me again and return to me by tommorrow…
PAID BUT GET BEEN OPENED PRODUCT!!
IF NO FOUND A CD INSIDE, I REALLY DUNNO THIS DEVICE IS NOT NEW!! CHEATED COMPANY!!!!

i encountered this before at JAYACOM, LOWYAT, KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA... and you know what THE BOSS SON is so NAN SHI, claimed we had replaced another one and tried to 'con' them.... really WT****.... and that is the main reason why i don't visit JAYACOM ANY MORE.................. he is S*CK................. and that's not the way of doing business............
